The primary goal of Kings Gate Estate is to empower and uplift people from all communities by offering the opportunity to own their own home in an affordable, quality estate in an upmarket area. Other goals include uplifting the surrounding communities through job creation and skills development and to offer members of the community access to retail and sporting facilities within easy commute of their residences. The development team is passionate about these principles and have engaged with community leaders and the community themselves to communicate its vision and set out how they intend to fulfil these ideals. Interaction with local communities will continue through the development process and leave a legacy on completion. Kings Gate will be the first estate in the Upper Highway area that has adopted this approach and hence creating a new standard for all future developments to follow.
